How to get your data from your tracker
A one-off download. You only need the daily summary file, and it is usually a couple of taps.
I built Even Keel for my wife, who lives with CFS. It began as a way to make sense of the numbers her fitness tracker was already gathering, and I thought I would share it, in case it helps anyone else who has that data sitting there unused. It reads your tracker export and turns it into plain English, looking above all at the way a crash can arrive a day or two after you have overdone it.
Please take it as a guide for spotting patterns in your own data, nothing more. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
Your file is read inside your own browser and is never uploaded anywhere. If you add the optional AI guide, only a short, anonymous summary of numbers is sent, never your raw data.
